1. Overview
This website, profayn.com, is operated by Profayn ("we", "us", or "our"). We are an Indian company offering Ayurvedic extract-based performance supplements under the PROFAYN brand. Our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in India and delivered nationwide across India.
By visiting profayn.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using any service we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
To purchase from profayn.com, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be placing an order for delivery within India; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout; and (d) not be barred from receiving our services under applicable Indian law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Orders
PROFAYN offers Ayurvedic dietary supplements including our Performance Fuel and supporting single-herb extracts. We strive to display product descriptions, ingredient lists, and information as accurately as possible, but do not warrant that all content on our website is 100% error-free at all times.
*Health Disclaimer:* PROFAYN products are food supplements regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). They are not medicines, drugs, or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet, healthy lifestyle, or professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
Placing an order on profayn.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to your location. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal or greater value.
Our products contain standardised Ayurvedic extracts. Please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Products are manufactured in a GMP-certified, third-party tested facility in India.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices on profayn.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
All prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Indian law. A GST invoice is available upon request. For B2B purchases requiring a GSTIN, please contact theprofayn@gmail.com before placing your order.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout including UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a discount code has been used fraudulently, in error, or in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfil orders at incorrect prices.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales on profayn.com are considered final once the order has been dispatched. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on the basis of change of mind or dissatisfaction with results, as individual outcomes from dietary supplements vary based on personal factors including diet, lifestyle, and physiology.
*Exceptions - we will offer a replacement or refund only in the following circumstances:*
- You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or tampered with upon arrival
- You receive an incorrect product that does not match your order
- Your order is confirmed but never delivered and is confirmed lost by our courier partner
To raise a claim under any of the above exceptions, please email theprofayn@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]" within 48 hours of delivery (or within 10 business days of your expected delivery date for lost shipment claims). Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. Claims submitted outside these timeframes cannot be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers typically reflect within 5–7 business days. Credit and debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
*Order Cancellations:* You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing theprofayn@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If a pre-dispatch cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an incorrect or defective product is confirmed, we will dispatch the correct replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on profayn.com — including the PROFAYN name, logo, taglines, website design, photography, text, videos, and product formulations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Profayn and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.
You may access and use profayn.com solely for the purpose of browsing and purchasing our products for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from profayn.com without prior written permission
- Use our brand name, logo, or any PROFAYN intellectual property for commercial purposes without a written licence
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our product formulations or proprietary processes
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access or collect content from our website
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about PROFAYN, its products, or its team
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
If you submit a review, photo, or any other content to us, you grant Profayn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
PROFAYN products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take every care to ensure quality through GMP-certified manufacturing, third-party testing, and FSSAI compliance, we make no warranties that our products will achieve specific health or performance outcomes, as individual results vary based on diet, lifestyle, genetics, and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Profayn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first at theprofayn@gmail.com to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Profayn.
