Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship
PROFAYN ships to all serviceable addresses across India - from metro cities to Tier-2 cities, Tier-3 towns, and most rural areas. We currently do not offer international shipping. Serviceability to some remote or rural pin codes may vary depending on our courier partner network. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before completing your order.
2. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. A shipping fee applies to all orders and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Express shipping is available at select pin codes, with charges shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and pin codes, subject to a nominal handling fee displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive this email.
Our warehouse is closed on national public holidays including Republic Day (26 Jan), Holi, Good Friday, Eid, Independence Day (15 Aug), Gandhi Jayanti (2 Oct), Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas (25 Dec), and other gazetted national holidays. Please expect a slight delay in processing if your order falls around these dates.
Every PROFAYN order is packed in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
4. Delivery Timelines
The following timelines apply from the date of dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees:

Express shipping reduces these timelines where available. Express delivery is typically 1–2 business days for metro cities and 2–3 business days for other areas, subject to availability at your pin code.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time on our courier partner's website.
You can also track your order by logging into your account at profayn.com/account and navigating to "My Orders." For guest checkouts, tracking is available only via the link in your dispatch confirmation email.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at theprofayn@gmail.com with your order number and we will raise a trace with our courier partner.
PROFAYN works with leading Indian courier and logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Ekart, and India Post for select remote pin codes. The courier assigned to your order will be shown in your dispatch email.
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at theprofayn@gmail.com to arrange re-delivery or a refund. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. PROFAYN is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at theprofayn@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot make changes once an order has been handed to our courier partner.
7. Damaged, Lost & Incorrect Orders
Damaged package on arrival: If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or the product inside, please photograph it immediately and email theprofayn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be processed. We will investigate with our courier and, where damage is confirmed, arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Lost shipment: If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact theprofayn@gmail.com with your order number. We will raise a trace with our courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of confirmation.
Incorrect item received: If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact theprofayn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
8. Special Cases
Peak seasons & festivals: During high-volume periods such as Diwali, Holi, and major Indian festival sales, courier partners may experience delays of 1–3 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Bulk & wholesale orders: For orders of 10 units or more, shipping timelines and rates may differ. Please contact theprofayn@gmail.com with the subject line "Wholesale / Bulk Order" before placing a bulk order and our team will provide a customised quote.
